We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days after receiving it.

1. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.

2. Return Process

We will provide you with return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
